      *   Nesúlad so smernicou (EÚ) 2016/2102 o prístupnosti webových sídel a mobilných aplikácií subjektov verejného sektora:\r\n
      *   Obrázky v PDF dokumentoch, logá, bannery, neobsahujú alternatívny text. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 1.1.1 Netextový obsah\]\r\n
      *   Zvukový záznam nemá alternatívu pre sluchovo znevýhodnených používateľov. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 1.2.1 Dynamické multimediálne prvky\]\r\n
      *   Pre video záznam a neposkytujú titulky. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 1.2.2 Dynamické multimediálne prvky\]\r\n
      *   Niektoré nadpisy na stránke nie sú definované sémanticky správne. Tabuľky v textových dokumentoch (PDF, DOCX, ODT, …) nemajú definované záhlavie. Netabuľkové dáta sú prezentované ako tabuľka. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 1.3.1 Informácie a vzájomné vzťahy\]\r\n

      *   Pre niektoré hypertextové odkazy sa farba používa ako jediný rozlišovací prostriedok od bežného textu. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 1.4.1 Použitie farieb\]\r\n
      *   Zameranie niektorých navigačných prvkov nemá dostatočný kontrast. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 1.4.3 Kontrast (minimálny)\]\r\n
      *   Zhoršená orientácia pri nazoomovaní stránky. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 1.4.4 Rozlíšiteľný\]\r\n
      *   Niektoré PDF dokumenty sú naskenované bez použitia OCR vrstvy. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 1.4.5 Text vo forme obrázkov\]\r\n
      *   V responzívnom dizajne sa niektoré prvky nezobrazujú rozlíšiteľne. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 1.4.10 Rozlíšiteľný\]\r\n
      *   Niektoré netextové prvky nemajú dostatočný kontrast. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 1.4.11 Kontrast netextových prvkov\]\r\n
      *   Niektoré položky v hlavnom menu nie sú zamerateľné pomocou klávesnice. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 2.1.1 Klávesnica\]\r\n
      *   Niektoré položky menu nie je možné vybrať klávesnicou. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 2.1.1 a 2.1.2 Prístupnosť z klávesnice\]\r\n

      *   Chýbajúce alebo nesprávne definované názvy PDF dokumentov. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 2.4.2 Jednoduchá navigácia\]\r\n

      *   PDF dokumenty nemajú vytvorené záložky z nadpisov. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 2.4.5 Jednoduchá navigácia\]\r\n
      *   Prázdne nadpisy v anglickej mutácii. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 2.4.6 Jednoduchá navigácia\]\r\n
      *   Pri responzívnom dizajne stránky nie je viditeľné zameranie tlačidla pre hlavné menu. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 2.4.7 Viditeľné zameranie\]\r\n
      *   Tlačidlo pre zatvorenie menu v mobilnej verzii stránky nemá jednotne definovaný názov. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 2.5.3 Vstupné metódy\]\r\n
      *   Niektoré PDF dokumenty nemajú definovaný jazyk. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 3.1.1 Čitateľný\]\r\n
      *   Logá v anglickej verzii stránky majú alternatívne texty v slovenskom jazyku. Na slovenskej stránke sú niektoré texty v anglickom jazyku. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 3.1.2 Jazyk jednotlivých častí\]\r\n
      *   Webová stránka nemá bočné menu. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 3.2.3 Predvídateľný\]\r\n
      *   Indikátor zamerania nie je na webovom sídle identifikovaný jednotne. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 3.2.4 Predvídateľný\]\r\n
      *   Niektoré tlačidlá nemajú definovaný názov. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 3.3.2 Menovky alebo pokyny\]\r\n
      *   Na stránke sa vyskytujú nesprávne vnorenia prvkov a syntaktické chyby. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 4.1.1 Syntaktická analýza\]\r\n
      *   Rámce nemajú definované nadpisy (TITLE) a formuláre element LABEL. Asistenčná technológia neinformuje o otvorení/zatvorení ponuky. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 4.1.2 Názov, funkcia, hodnota\]\r\n
      *   Pri filtrovaní výsledkov sa automaticky aktualizujú výsledky, používateľ nie je o zmene informovaný. \[Kritérium úspešnosti 4.1.3 Kompatibilný\]\r\n
      *   Nesúlad so slovenskými všeobecne záväznými právnymi predpismi, upravujúcimi štandardy týkajúce sa prístupnosti webových sídel a mobilných aplikácii:\r\n
      *   Na stránkach, ktoré zverejňujú povinne zverejňované informácie podľa osobitných predpisov, nie je uvedený dátum vytvorenia stránky a dátum poslednej aktualizácie. \[§15 pís. k) vyhlášky UPVII č. 78/2020 o štandardoch pre informačné technológie verejnej správy\]\r\n
