Reporting a monitoring environmentálnej legislatívy
Estónske predsedníctvo EÚ a Komisia spoločne zorganizovali "5th Stakeholder Workshop on Reporting and monitoring of environment legislation", zameraný na diskusiu výsledkov procesu hodnotenia EÚ environmentálnej legislatívy (Fitness Check) a Akčného plánu zameraného na zvýšenie jej vhodnosti pre daný účel "fitness-for-purpose" v spolupráci s členskými krajinami.
Implementácia INSPIRE prostredníctvom [INSPIRE prioritných datasetov](http://inspire.gov.sk/koordinacia/rove-sk/es-nipi/tps-ipd) predstavuje jednu z [10 navrhnutých aktivít Akčného plánu](http://ec.europa.eu/environment/legal/reporting/fc_actions_en.htm), ktorý predstavuje súbor aktivít zameraných na adresovanei výziev zosumarizovaných v rámci hodnotenia [Fitness Check on Reporting and Monitoring](https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-making-process/overview-law-making-process/evaluating-and-improving-existing-laws/reducing-burdens-and-simplifying-law/refit-making-eu-law-simpler-and-less-costly_en).
Cieľom tejto iniciatívy je aby EÚ legislatíva zabezpečila očakávané prínosy pre občanov, podnikateľov a spoločnosť pri odstraňovaní byrokracie a znižovaní nákladov v rámci procesu [Regulatory Fitness and Performance (REFIT)](https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-making-process/overview-law-making-process/evaluating-and-improving-existing-laws/reducing-burdens-and-simplifying-law/refit-making-eu-law-simpler-and-less-costly_en).
Proces Fitness Check predstavuje vyhodnotenie, ktoré poskytuje na základe dôkazov kritickú analýzu či sú povinnosti predkladania správ (reportingu) primerané a poskytované tak ako sa očakáva. Či sa poskytujú správne informácie, v správnom čase, správnym spôsobom a za čo najnižšie náklady.
